Four score and seven years ago, our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal…

As many of us know, the following words came from Abraham Lincoln, the 16^th President of the United States, in what became known as the Gettysburg Address. He spoke these words at the dedication of the Gettysburg cemetery for fallen soldiers on November 19, 1863.

In The speech, Lincoln also said the following words:

The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here …

But the Gettysburg Address soon became the most notable speech Lincoln ever gave.
